The major vendors of anti-virus software all have a webpage with computer security advisories, the latest threats by malicious programs, as well as detailed technical documents about each worm or virus. The following, in alphabetical order, are the resources that I have found most helpful:

• Computer Associates.
• F-Secure in Finland.
  F-Secure has a weblog with daily information.
• McAfee Virus Information Library.   McAfee’s USA homepage has links to regional virus information and other information.
• Sophos in England.
